On the cover of a book I bought one day was a Dyer Symphonie guitar.

I didn't know what it was, how it was played, what all those strings were for, but I knew I wanted one...

The only way to have one was to make one myself and that is what I did. From those early copies I then developped my own guitars, fan braced nylon string harp guitars,

Sur la couverture d'un livre que j'ai acheté un jour, il y avait une guitare Dyer symphonie.

 

Je ne savais pas ce que c'était, comment on en jouait, à quoi servaient toutes ces cordes, mais je savais que j'en voulais une ...

 

La seule façon d'en avoir une était de la  faire  moi-même et c'est ce que j'ai fait. A partir de ces premières copies, j'ai ensuite développé mes propres guitares, des guitares harpes "classiques".
